All our tiles are 100% hand crafted, therefore colours, designs, layout and finishes may vary slightly from designs shown. FTT produce bespoke items, therefore your impressions cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

The customer is responsible for accurately completing the order form, particularly the details to be written on the tile.

Impressions will not be completed until payment has been received in full. FTT have the right to change the colours/glazes/frames from time to time if our usual supplies cannot be obtained.
In the event of dissatisfaction with our product you must notify us of your complaint in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Any damage must be notified in writing to us immediately following receipt.

Home visits are available at additional cost from £10.00 (min) depending on area. We aim to post out your order within 6 weeks – however, this may take longer at busy times or if problems arise.

Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery once your product has left our workshop.
To avoid delivery problems please ensure that we have a full and correct postal address, as we cannot be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect details.

All items are delivered by recorded post or secure courier. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they contact the courier/post office to rearrange delivery if out when the first attempt is made.
​
Postage and packaging will be charged on all products leaving our workshop at the current standard rate.
